Wedding Menus

Our wedding menus most often requested for catering include an Appetizer Station, usually the Fruit, Veggie, Cheese Station and three Food Stations each with 3-4 food items. The most popular choices are: Pasta/Italian Station, Salad Station, Seafood Station, or a Carving Station.

We can also do Interactive Stations, i.e., Italian, Mexican, Chinese… which are always fun! Below are some of our food choices. There are so many possibilities with appetizers, we can only list a small sampling, and special requests on wedding menus are always welcome!

Chicken Dishes:

  • Tenders (with choice of sauces)
  • Drumettes (various flavors)
  • Hawaiian Skewers
  • Mini BBQ Drumettes
  • Filo Tartlets with Chicken, Black Olives & Pesto
  • Boneless Chicken Breast in Alfredo Sauce


Meatballs:

  • Swedish (brown sauce)
  • Italian (marinara sauce)
  • Bar-B-Que (spicy BBQ sauce)


Shrimp & Seafood:

  • Jumbo Shrimp (prepared)
  • Marinated Skewers

  • Bacon Wrapped Oysters or Scallops

Carving Stations:

  • Herb Marinated Beef Tenderloin
  • Roasted Turkey Breast
  • Honey Glazed Ham
  • Garlic & Herb Pork Tenderloin (All served with 3 various sauces)


Pasta Stations:

  • Chicken Marsala
  • Chicken Tortellini in White Sauce with Ham (prosciutto) & Peas
  • Cheese Tortellini (in dried tomato alfredo)
  • Pasta Salad
  • Baked ziti (can add meat)
